她煮的食物看起来很好吃, 所以这次参考了她的糯米鸡recipe,开始做起来咯!
Ingredients:
糯米 3杯
花腩肉
鸡肉
小葱头
姜
香菇
干贝
腊肠
酱油,黑酱油,胡椒粉,麻油,生粉,盐,糖
Instructions:
1. 糯米3杯,浸泡过夜.
2. 花腩肉和鸡肉,切块.
3. 香菇和干贝泡水,切开.
4. 腊肠,切片.
5. 小葱头和姜,打成汁.取它的汁来腌鸡肉.
6. 鸡肉加入调味料.(酱油,黑酱油,胡椒粉,麻油,生粉,盐)
7. 猪肉加入调味料.(酱油,黑酱油,糖,盐)
8. 糯米滤干水后,放在铺上棉布的蒸笼内蒸40分钟.蒸好后,纳凉.
9. 把酱油,黑酱油,盐和水搅拌均匀,用手给糯米饭上色.
10. 碗内摆入鸡肉,猪肉,香菇,干贝和腊肠.放入糯米饭,用汤匙按压.
11. 把腌肉的酱汁平均倒入糯米饭上,在饭上再加入少许水.
12. 放入蒸笼内,蒸30分钟.
13. 蒸一半时,要开盖撒入少许水.
14. 蒸好了,可以吃啦.
